Every homeowner we meet in Pune and Nashik has lived the same story — an interior designer who didn't understand smart tech, a smart-home installer who couldn't tell walnut veneer from oak, and a Vastu consultant who arrived last and wanted the whole kitchen moved.

We started Evoq Haus in 2024 to close that gap. One team. One project manager on-site through the build. One design mind holding the modular kitchen, the false ceiling, the automation panel, the flooring, and the Vastu alignment together — so nothing gets handed off between vendors who don't speak to each other.

How We Work

Five stages.
One team throughout.

Nothing gets handed off between vendors. Same architect, same project manager, same site engineer — from the first chai on your balcony to the last after-care call three years later.

Site Visit

We come to you. Free, any day of the week. We measure everything, meet the family, understand how you actually live. No sales script — the first hour is mostly listening.

Design + Estimate

Three-week design cycle. Two revisions included. One honest estimate — line by line, no round-number surprises. If your budget doesn't fit our approach, we'll tell you before you sign.

The Build

Shrutik lives on-site through the build. Weekly WhatsApp progress updates with photos. Every material sample stops by our studio first — you touch it before we install it in your home.

Handover

A 100-point walkthrough before we call it done. App training for every smart device — including your parents, if they'll be using them. Warranty sheet in whichever language everyone reads best.

After-care

One year of free on-site tune-ups. Ten years of hardware warranty on every switch, lock, camera, and control panel. WhatsApp support isn't a bot — it's Harshal answering.

2024

The Founding Year

Evoq Haus started in Pune with a small team — a designer, a smart-home engineer, and a project manager who between them had lived every horror story a home-build can produce. The idea was simple: take the pain out.

  • First projects were 2BHK and 3BHK apartments in Pune's western suburbs
  • Learned that clients didn't want tech — they wanted "it just works." That framed everything after
  • Built the "one team, one PM on-site" model that we still run today
  • Signed Livspace Certified Partner + NoBroker Trusted Partner within the first year
2025

Nashik + Serious Growth

Word travelled. Families in Gangapur Road, College Road, and Panchavati started asking for us — so we opened a Nashik studio. Same team model, same one-PM-per-project rule, now covering both cities.

  • Delivered our first hospitality project — Grape County Resort, Nashik
  • Introduced Vastu-aligned design as a standard offering, not an add-on

A note from the founder

Before Evoq, I spent 11 years as a practicing architect — designing homes, planning layouts, coordinating with contractors, chasing vendors. And I watched the same story repeat in almost every project I was involved with. A family in Baner buys a 3 BHK, hires four different vendors, and by move-in day nothing quite fits. The modular kitchen is a week late. The smart lights don't talk to the switches. The Vastu consultant, added last, wants everything moved.

I started Evoq Haus in 2024 because there had to be a better way. Not five vendors, five WhatsApp groups, five "let-me-check-with-my-team" delays. One team. One project manager on-site. One architect holding the whole plan together — from the marble your kitchen sits on to the smart panel by your front door.

Building a design-and-automation firm as a woman in this industry hasn't always been easy. But every home we hand over — every family that texts me a year later saying "everything still works" — is proof that this way is the right way. We're small. We're local. We built this for families like ours, because I am one of us.
